Cherry Sauce with Rose and Cardamom
Combine both Sweet and Tart Cherries, mix with sugar ground with Rose Petals, then add Cardamom (known as the Queen of Spices), and you end with this gorgeous sauce that is perfect for roast fowl or pork. Try it with granola and yogurt (even better with ricotta) or as a sauce for ice cream or your favorite cake.
