Of course, now that I am in Georgia I had to try my favorite chutney recipe with Peaches rather than the traditional Mangos - and wow! - I am so glad I did! The sweetness of the peaches has brightened this chutney and made it a perfect complement to many of your favorite meals.
Try it mixed with oil as an overnight marinade or as a last minute glaze for roast meats. Mix it with mayonnaise and use in potato or egg salad. Go old school and top a block of cream cheese for a simple but delicious! party spread!
