Strawberry Preserves with Pomegranate and Black Pepper

Fresh strawberries and sugar allowed to macerate 24 hours. Then the juices are extracted and cooked until thick when the berries are added back to help preserve their texture.

Thick and sweet pomegranate molasses and spicy black pepper are added to make these preserves a winner!

Ingredients:  Whole Strawberries, Extra-Fine White Cane Sugar, Organic Granny Smith Apples, Organic Lemon Juice, Organic Pomegranate Molasses, Black Pepper

REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING
